Maintain driver profiles
Keep driver details in the operator workspace, with the records used by the office and driver app. Give staff a place to find and update the information.
Drivers and fleet
Keep driver profiles, vehicle records and document expiry dates alongside the work they support. CabiSync connects the office records with bookings, the driver app and earnings information for UK taxi and private hire operators.

Keep driver details in the operator workspace, with the records used by the office and driver app. Give staff a place to find and update the information.
Maintain the fleet list and relevant vehicle details alongside bookings. Review the vehicle information your office needs when preparing work.
Record driving licence and private hire licence dates, plus relevant vehicle document dates. Use the expiry workflow to identify records needing attention.
Drivers receive job information through the app and can review earnings. The office can discuss a journey using the operational record, rather than reconstructing it from messages.
Add and maintain drivers in the same workspace as your bookings. Agree which details staff need, who updates them and what happens when something changes. A contact named ‘Dave new number’ is not much of a record-keeping policy.
The fleet list belongs with the jobs your office allocates. Keep vehicle details and relevant expiry dates organised so staff can review the record before making an allocation. Confirm how your actual vehicles, drivers and fare arrangements fit together during the demo.
CabiSync supports configurable driver and vehicle expiry checks. Configured checks can warn about approaching expiry and suspend records with expired dates, subject to the settings and scheduled checks in use. Confirm those settings and the response workflow during setup. Recorded dates and notifications do not verify a document’s authenticity or replace the operator’s checks.
School and care journeys can involve riders, escorts and guardians as well as the driver. CabiSync maintains those records alongside transport operations. Review what information is needed on each journey and who should receive it, using anonymised examples in the demonstration.
The driver app carries offers, active jobs, stops and navigation. Earnings information helps drivers review the work alongside the office. Ask to follow a journey from allocation to completion and earnings so you can see how the handover fits your team.
Bring anonymised examples of a driver record, a vehicle and a document approaching expiry. Ask how dates are entered, which checks are configured and what staff do after a renewal. Confirm data transfer, access, device requirements, support and pricing. If a clear register already meets your needs, map the remaining gaps before replacing it.
This page covers driver profiles, vehicle records, document expiry and their connection to bookings and the driver app. Dispatch, recurring contracts and billing are connected product areas you can review in the same demonstration.
The records include driver driving licence and private hire licence dates, plus vehicle dates such as MOT, insurance and PHV licence expiry. The expiry fields selected for checking depend on the operator’s configuration. Confirm the documents your business needs during setup.
Configured scheduled checks can suspend records when selected document dates have expired and issue notifications. Confirm the enabled fields, scheduling and renewal process for your operation. Do not assume that storing a document date alone guarantees an allocation will be blocked in every situation.
A stored record or expiry check does not itself establish a live DVLA or licensing-authority verification. If external verification is a requirement, ask which integrations and checks are available before choosing the system.
Drivers use the app for job offers, active journeys, stops, navigation and earnings information. Review your devices and the office-to-driver handover in a demo so you can confirm the supported workflow.
The fleet workflow described here centres on operator records, document dates and transport work. It does not promise vehicle diagnostics, fuel telematics or a maintenance workshop system. Bring any specialist requirements to the demo and confirm the available capabilities.
